Shipping Policy

JC Soap Company currently ships orders within the United States using USPS.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout using the order details and delivery address.

How we pack orders

To keep L Wash bottles protected in transit, we pack a maximum of two soap bottles in each shipping box. Orders with more than two bottles may be divided into multiple packages and may have more than one tracking number.

Processing and delivery

We prepare and pack orders before handing them to USPS. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the package is accepted by USPS and can be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays.

Tracking and address issues

When tracking is available, it will be sent with your shipping confirmation. Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@jcsoapcompany.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been shipped.

If a package arrives damaged, leaking, or with the wrong item, please contact us and include your order number and a photo if possible so we can help.
